Art in the Shop: Modernismé Bowls
This month, we're showcasing the Modernismé Bowls, a series of tone poems by Malcom Potek. These glass bowls focus on color, mood, and balance, using an improvised pattern that creates dynamic designs. The series is being retired, and each set is now available at 50% off. Contact us or visit our website to purchase one of these stunning pieces for your collection!
Artist in the World: Maxfield Parrish
Maxfield Parrish was a master of American illustration, best known for his vivid use of color and dramatic lighting. His Dream Garden mosaic at the Curtis Publishing Building in Philadelphia is one of the most famous glass installations ever created. Collaborating with glass master Louis Comfort Tiffany, Parrish’s design was translated into a breathtaking 15 x 49-foot glass mosaic mural. This collaboration remains a powerful example of art and glass working together.
