Art-A-Whirl 2024
Join us for Art-A-Whirl 2024, the largest open studio tour in the country! Over 1,300 artists will participate, and Potekglass will be open Friday, May 17th (10 AM - 8 PM), Saturday, May 18th (10 AM - 5 PM), and Sunday, May 19th (12 PM - 5 PM). We’ll be hosting a drop-in makers activity, creating fused glass magnets.

Artist in the World: Heather Kremen
Heather Kremen, a former Minnesotan now living in New Zealand, combines cast, fused, and blown glass with influences from natural features and Maori tribal designs. Her iconic works include "Medicine Man", a cast glass piece, and "Double Koru Green", a beautiful Incalmo blown glass creation.

Lowry Avenue Reconstruction
Hennepin County and City of Minneapolis are reconstructing Lowry Avenue. Please visit Potekglass with ease by following our updated directions due to the construction.

Art in the Shop: 100 Moments Project
Potekglass’ own Malcom Potek is featured in the 100 Moments Project with his piece "Less Movement than Desired", blending Bullseye glass with copper, silver, and gold foil.
